1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MockPrep.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MockPrep.ai is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides personalized mock interviews, resume analysis, job description matching, and performance feedback. The Service is intended to help job seekers practice and improve their interview skills. MockPrep.ai does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or job placement of any kind.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at team@mockprep.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or are used in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service.

4. Free Credit and Paid Plans

4.1 Free Credit

Upon creating an account, you receive one (1) free text interview credit. This credit allows you to complete one mock interview session at no charge. The free credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

4.2 Paid Plans

After using your free credit, continued use of the Service requires the purchase of a credit pack. We offer several one-time payment options at different credit quantities and price points. Current pricing is displayed at mockprep.ai/pricing and may be updated at any time. All prices are in US dollars. Plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Credits are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

4.3 First-Purchase Discount

A discounted first-purchase offer is available exclusively to users who have not previously made a purchase on MockPrep.ai. This offer may only be redeemed once per account. Current pricing for this offer is displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without notice.

4.4 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in Section 5.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• You were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our part.
• You purchased a plan but were unable to use any credits due to a verified technical failure caused by MockPrep.ai.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to team@mockprep.ai with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review all requests and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MockPrep.ai only for lawful, personal, non-commercial interview preparation purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service or its underlying AI models
• Use the Service to generate content for resale, redistribution, or commercial purposes without our express written consent
• Upload resumes, job descriptions, or other content that contains malicious code, false information intended to deceive, or content that violates the rights of any third party
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, payment systems, or account restrictions through any technical or non-technical means
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the Service through a single account
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Service in a non-human manner

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of MockPrep.ai — including but not limited to the AI interview engine, question generation system, analysis reports, resume optimization tools, and user interface — are owned by Part2AI Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including your resume and job descriptions ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Part2AI Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.3 AI-Generated Output

Interview questions, feedback, analysis reports, and other outputs generated by the Service ("AI Output") are provided for your personal use only. AI Output is generated automatically and does not constitute professional career, legal, or employment advice. You may use AI Output for personal interview preparation but may not resell, redistribute, or publish it without our written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of MockPrep.ai is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information about you when you use the Service. By using MockPrep.ai, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MockPrep.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• The AI-generated interview questions, feedback, or analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Use of the Service will improve your interview performance or result in job offers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Part2AI Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Part2AI Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of employment opportunities. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, Google for authentication, and AI model providers for interview generation and analysis. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Part2AI Inc. is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party service.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at team@mockprep.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination are forfeited and non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. Termination by us for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Part2AI Inc.
